Because all Creator OS products are digital products with immediate access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Consultations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
